Design goes beyond the creation of visually appealing objects. The major challenges
of our time, design is faced with the task of taking into account the various influences and possible
and impacts in a holistic way. The simultaneous consideration of social, ecological and
and economic aspects is not a wish, but an absolute necessity.
Where are the interfaces between design, technology and social challenges?

Wolfgang Sattler gives an insight into his experiences as a designer and his time as a professor at the at the Bauhaus University in Weimar.
